Adoption and Unknown Family Research

I am trying too find my sisterwho was adopted from Canada and moved too the states.. i have her name and her info .. who can help me ?

We were born in Saskatchewan and were both put in a foster home in sask, and i was adopted by "Palm'S" my family and she was later adopted by the family "Stuckey's"
