You can only obtain birth certificates and marriage license/certificates from the Ventura County Recorder for a fee. This is a link that will take you to information about the process, and the forms you will need to complete. Normally this would only take a couple of weeks, but with the Covid situation it could take longer. You can also order online, but the fee might be higher. You will find information on the County Recorder's website: https://recorder.countyofventura.org/county-recorder/ordering-a-copy-of-vital-records/

as a Disabled Vietnam Military Veteran, 76 years of age can you search and possibly find are Marriage License, Married September 29, 1965, Oxnard, Ventura County California while serving Active Duty in the US Navy. Also can you find Patsy Ann Webb Birth Certificate, born April 23, 1944, Oxnard California to parents, Louis Cardell Webb and Lois Allen Webb

Is it possible to find out if my Marriage License to Patsy Ann Webb, born April 23, 1944, Oxnard, Ventura County, California to John A Chopyak, born October 3, 1945, Luzerne county, Pennsylvania is available on Ancestry.com, MY Heritage. com or any other website that I can subscribe to and Print it out.

Because it is a big hazel to go to the California Government Website and try to purchase the document. I already tried and paid money for my marriage license and they told me it is nit available. SO THEY KEPT MY MONEY. AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY MARRIAGE LICENSE

AS A DISABLED VIETNAM MILITARY VETERAN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THE LINK JUDY JAMES POSTED FOR ME https://recorder.countyofventura.org/county-recorder/ordering-a-copy-of-vital-records/ TO CONTACT AND COMPLETE THE FORMS NECESSARY TO TRY AND PURCHASE OR ORDER A COPY OF YOUR MARRIAGE KICENSE FROM CALIFORNIA AND PAY FOR IT. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT EITHER BY EMAIL OR BY US MAIL. MOST OF ALL THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I GUESS I WILL NEVER RECIVE A COPY OF MY MARRIAGE LICENSE FROM THE STSTE OF CALIFORNIA- WHAT OTHER STATES JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU TO GO TO BLANK. IT IS A SHANE TO SAY YOU SERVED ACTIVE DUTY TO THIS COUNTRY OF THE USA.

IS THERE ANY HELP FOR A DISABLED VIETNAM MILITARY VETERAN THAT WAS STATIONED ACTIVE DUTY IN THE US NAVY THAT MADE A MISTAKE AN GOT MARRIED IN OXNARD, VENTURA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, SEPTEMBER 25, 1965 AND THEN ENTERED THE VIETNAM WAR TO FINE ONE HONEST GOVERNMENT POLITICIAN TO HELP HIM RECEIVE A COPY OF HIS MARRIAGE LICENSE. OR MAYBE ONE HONEST CALIFORNIA JUDGE TO PURSUE THE ISSUE AND HELP A MILITARY VETERAN THAT FOUGHT FOR HIS COUNTRY.

DOES AMERICA REALLY CARE FOR THERE MILITARY VETEERANS---MAYBE IT IS BETTER TO BE A DRAFT DODGER. THEY TAKE CARE OF THEM AND NOW I HEAR THEY TAKE CARE OF DIS-HONORABLE MILITARY VETERANS😣🤑👹😈

JOHN A CHOPYAK SHOULD OF PICKED ANOTHER STATE TO GET MARRIED IN AT LEAST I WOULD BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A COPY OF MY MARRIAGE LICENSE. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME TO SPEND MONEY IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AS A DISABLE VIETNAM MILITARY VETERAN TO TRY AND RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE. NO POLITICIAN CARES IN THAT STATE
