    ------------------

The formats and the file size limits are below:

    • For documents, .pdf file formats up to 15MB. Other document formats such as .doc and .docx files will need to be converted to .pdf before they can be uploaded.
    • For Photos, .jpg, .png, .tif, and .bmp file formats up to 15MB.

Note:  Please be aware that .pdf is the only supported file type that can include multiple pages.

please clarify what your exact issues are -

HIGH quality photos - dont have to be more than 15MB (though that may be the defualt size out of the camera)

using compression tools you should be able to compress even high quality photos to well under 15MB and still keep the quality.

when viewing items here in FS Memories - the difference between a raw uncompresed 15MB photo - and one that has been compressed to just a couple of MB - is almost visually unnoticebale. There is no need to sgtore photos in a format that is bigger than 15MB. There are ways to compress the size and still keep very high quality images.

here is a great site for image compression

    https://www.iloveimg.com

but if I were you - I would adjust your camera so that going forward it is not creating images of such huge size.

Unless you are a professional photographer - and using your digital images to create large posters etc. There is no need for images that are above 15MB.

merely a waste of space and processing time.
