Im not totally understanding your question.
But a normal "screen print" is always available to do.
what screen are you alluding to?

Thank you for your help! I am Tech-Tarded (and new to using my FamilySearch account), but I followed a Notification Link from my email: [Obituary] Lynette, your great-grandfather is mentioned in an obituary!
I saw my Grandmother's name: Delilah Ellen Carter KWZN-Q2KQ2K & found a picture in "Memories." For a split second it displayed everyone's names, like a tag, but it disappears too quick for a screen shot. I would love to see that info printed on the photo: is that possible?

So I now at least understand what you are alluding to - - evn though I cant get to that specific person you are referring to.
so I picked one of my own memories files that was tagged to more than one person.
As you state there is a very brief period of time (about 1/2 second) where all the person tagging lines are shown - I dont see any way to display all the lines on demand after that 1/2 second.
HOWEWVER I was able to act quick enough that I could get a sample screen shot.
Here is one example:

Dennis,
A one click refresh on the web page will illuminate all those tags again. Of course they all go away again in about a second, but if you are ready with the keyboard shortcut for screen capture, you can accomplish it.
And retries are pretty fast too. 😁

The easiest way to screenshot all memory tags is using the Family Tree or memories apps for iOS or Android.
All tags are visible on the tag people screen & mobile devices are very screenshot friendly
iOS devices also have the ability to view a list of tags & the person who created the tag
