Put "Arthur Family Newsletter" into a Google search - that might be of some help. For example, I found the following link by doing this: https://www.genealogy.com/forum/surnames/topics/arthur/2014/. As far as the FamilySearch website is concerned, it seems clear that viewing from there isn't an option - so, hopefully, you will be to find an alternative way by the means suggested.

Thank you, yes I had done that, but Unfortunately it didn’t produce any leads. The link you provided takes you to a site that states the items are not viewable on that website. What I am hoping to find out is how to view them from the LGS library.
