Hello! I want to be able to answer more people's questions about basic indexing, but I haven't figured out how to open a batch when someone puts the batch code. Is this something only certain people can do, or am I missing something?

When someone shares a batch code in the question they are asking about their project batch, you can copy the batch code, then go to your Web Indexing in FamilySearch. On the main page beside "My Batches", there is a black gear. Click on the gear and you will see "Open Shared Batch". Click on that and paste the batch code into the box and open.
