Track Unique Views Instead of All Views

It can be misleading to have views be the number of total views. The count can include the same person opening up a post several times (or just refreshing the page of the post) and people can think those views are other people viewing the post. Therefore I think it might be more accurate to calculate views from logged in users. One downside to that is that a person does not need to be logged in to view an idea, at least right now, and so their view would not be counted until they signed in.
