Returning to start location when going back in web browser

Question from a patron:

"When I scroll through the (very long) lists of video sessions, I often click on them for more details. Then when you return, it takes you to the top, so you have to scroll down sometimes many pages to get back to where you were. It would really help if we returned to where we were, vs. the top. Would anybody in tech be able to change that for the next two days or for next year?

It has been reported, but I am not sure that it is something that will be fixed in the next two days.
