Filtering posts by "Solved" and "Unsolved"
In the old Community, there were various filter options. I don't see any filter options within individual groups in the new Community.
In another post, I've explained the need to get rid of the "best answer" feature, so no filter is needed for that. And in the old Community, filtering by "unanswered questions" did not actually filter to only show unanswered questions--rather, it showed only questions not yet commented on. Being commented on and being answered are two very different things, especially since the original poster is sometimes the person commenting with additional information; this caused issues for helpers on the Community, who would filter out by unanswered questions and never see all the questions that were actually left unanswered.
I propose adding the ability to filter by "Solved" and "Unsolved" in this new Community. (I mentioned that shortly in my post about getting rid of the "best answer" feature.)
This means we would also need the capability (for the original poster and for admins) to mark individual posts as solved when the question has been satisfactorily answered. When a post is marked as solved, a green banner or something could show up next to it with that word, but the post would be left up for everyone to learn from AND people would still be able to continue commenting on it.
Adding "solved" to a post is common in large genealogy research/translation Facebook groups, so many Community members will already be familiar with it, and the word is straightforward enough that everybody should easily understand its meaning in this context.
This would be an incredibly useful feature for helpers in the Community, who otherwise have to sift through every post, going back and forth on pages and loading and reloading posts--which in the long run just is not feasible without the ability to filter posts--to find out who still needs help.

In some of the groups there are links to allow you to see answered and unanswered. If you are a group leader and would like to add that to your group, create links with ?qna=answered and ?qna=unanswered appended to the end of the group URL. You can do the same thing in categories until we have the buttons in place.

@Mark E. Mitchell , unfortunately adding ?qna=unanswered to the end of the group url does not show all unanswered questions; like the old Community, it simply shows all questions that have no comments.
I tested this out with one of the posts; there were two comments but the question was not fully resolved. I added ?qna=unanswered to the group url, and the post disappeared from the list--but it should have remained, as it is not unanswered, just commented on.
We often have comments that contain only part of the answer, and we even have posts where the original poster comments on his or her own post. Such posts need to show up as "unanswered" even though they have been commented on. Otherwise we're back to the issue I explained above that we had in the old Community.

@Charlotte Noelle Champenois you are correct. At the current time, the best we can do is those questions that have no comments. In community the best way we have to know if something has an answer is if it has a comment, but yes it is important to look and see if there is more you can add to the conversation.
