Question from Patron: I originally registered for RootsTech Connect! on February 14th using this outlook email address and received a confirmation email from Jen Allen via the [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> email address, but when I attempt to login with my email address it fails. I then attempted to use Forgot Password using the email option and this outlook email but it informs me that it can’t find an account with this email address.
Today I registered a second time using my FamilySearch email account and am not having any trouble with that, but I was hoping to use the original account for my wife instead of having her register again.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
