Error message states Image Not Available

When searching for a record, I sometimes get the message that the image is not available at this time. Why can't I view it?

Sometimes there is a copyright on a record or the person may still be alive so the record is unable to be viewed.

If you see the error message below as you download records or images, please send an email as requested in the message.
