Account Error
I have tried but I cannot get into my account. I keep requesting password help, but instead I keep getting emails with my user name. My user name is XXXXXXXX. How can I get actual help with my password?

When requesting a password reset, using your email as a recovery option, when the email arrives, click on your user name, and the option to create a new password will open up.
Passwords must be between 8 and 128 characters, and have at least one number and or one letter. It can not contain any part of your name, and is case sensitive.

Check your spam folder if the recovery e-mail does not appear in your in-box. Alternatively, you may try to use a mobile phone to recover your password.
