US, Wisconsin—Death Records, 1933–1958 [Part A][M3MX-6SN] I am supposed to index the state file number or the register number. On image 2 there are two numbers listed on the document that look like maybe they were trying to erase them. Should I put a blank or should I put the two numbers that show. I don't know if I am supposed to put what I see.

    The field help says:

If the file number was not recorded, press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
