Tracking Membership

It would be nice to have a way to daily track new members. Currently there is a daily SalesForce email, and a SalesForce moderation page. This ability will help community group leaders in welcoming their members to increase participation. It also paves the way for leaders to learn who to tag to answer specific questions. While we are in production, the membership numbers are increasing and decreasing, but once the all is set in place, will there be an opportunity to track who new members are?

wouldnt this show when you list the members of a group - where it now shows JOIN date.

(It would have been nice if the JOIN date - had carried over from the other system) - but going forward I assume it will work?
