I am having trouble reading the handwriting on the document. Are there any suggestions as to how I can get help or should I send the project back?

Hi I might have a suggestion for English indexing. If you're having trouble with cursive or characters that don't look familiar there is a icon of a pen on a toolbar at the top of the page which has handwriting examples for characters. I find it helpful because letters like y and h can be different looking. some tips I've used are look for i's because the dot is almost always detached so at the very least you can be sure there's an i. zooming in could help using the +square. maybe there is more than one place where the name was written. lastly if you are indexing be aware that people will proofread your work in reviewing. hopefully any of those could make you more confident in indexing but don't worry if a project's too hard. one super easy project is the us city directory which is all typed and usually pretty clear.
