What does NFS legacy mean

at the bottom of the source page attached to my great uncle say NFS Legacy. But I can't open that source.

There was a version of Family Search before New Family Search which is now Family Search. Confused?
So the source is from the old version of Family Search and there probably isn't a source just that the information had been entered by a user in the old version of Family Search.
