Ordinance Bug: Extra ordinances given to me after a merge and unmerge

Someone incorrectly merged two people. I had reserved the ordinances for the original person back in 2018. After I correctly unmerged the people by restoring, it shows that I have reserved the ordinances to the incorrect duplicate that I am not related to. When I click on unreserve, it does nothing. It has been a few minutes, though.

This is the PID of the person who was incorrectly merged with my relative: GHQQ-VFD

And this is the PID of the person who is my relative: L1MX-XBJ

I could try to unreserve the original ordinances, but I want someone at FS to see what the issue is first lol.

Ok, I just had to wait an extra few more minutes and the ordinances were gone from the unrelated person.

When I look at both of these, I show that you only have the ordinances reserved for: L1MX-XBJ

This ID: GHQQ-VFD only shows that someone has the SS reserved. All the other ordinances are available to reserve.

Amy, yeah like a few minutes after I posted this post it showed that. I guess the temple ordinance system is just a little slower at dealing with an unmerge haha.

    .

    Been there, done that ...

    .

'Yes'; as, there are principally TWO (x2) Databases involved, sometimes there can be a 'lag' time.

    .

▬ "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'; and,

    ▬ the "Temple" System.

    .

It is interesting to watch, sometimes.

    .

I kept "Refreshing" until, both, databases were in 'Sync'.

    - Occasionally, very fast; and,

    - Sometimes very slow.

    .

What we 'see' in the "Ordinances" 'Tab' in "Family Tree" is just the 'Resultant' INTERFACE.

    .

Certainly a 'trap' for the 'uninitiated' ...
