Tagging items in FS Memories also seems to be broke

The icon that used to exist when you were tagging a FS Memories item - by looking someone up in FS FT and then clicking on a button that said something like "Add Match" - has disappeared.

Why does it seem like us as users are taking the role of QA testing after something has already been placed in production? Is there no quality control that is testing for basic functionality before code gets to production?
