It would be helpful to add a common term definition section. For example, please define what a "surname" is.(last name?) What is the definition of given name?(First name?) Think of family history work as it's own culture. Would someone new to this culture be confident in their work if they were't sure what "family History" common terms meant? Personally I'm lost. Thanks!

There is "Help" in ALL the "Parts" of 'FamilySearch'.

"Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', is available in a number of "Languages".

.

And, regardless of the various "Languages" that 'FamilySearch' is available in, in "Family Tree" part of 'FamilySearch', the way a "Name" can be entered with regard to particular "Languages", is factored into the, "Name" in the "Vitals" Section; and, the "Alternate Name" in the "Other Information" Section.
