The "Reason For Change" text from the GEDCOM Compare Tool is NOT Being Recorded

It would appear that FS has eliminated the behavior where changes made via the GEDCOM Compare Tool are marked with the reason of "GEDCOM File", so we no longer have any indication that something has been brought in via that tool and is therefore HIGH RISK.

However, what is worst, it appears that when you enter an actual reason for making a change from the GEDCOM Compare Tool, it seems to just throw the reason away. In some tests that I did, the reason text that I entered never showed up in the Last edited Reason text under the vitals, it never showed up in the Change History log either (although the actual change to the vital does show up, just without the reason). And of course the Recent Changes to Following list is never given that text either. I'm not sure WHERE it goes after you enter it.
