Indexing popular batches

It would probably help many indexers to know that there are only so many batches that are allowed to be loaded at a time within a particular project. For example, if the US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part A] are popular but there are only so many batches a patron can Load (for example 2 batches at a time) there should be some way of letting a patron know this beforehand. They usually get a message saying: This batch cannot be opened. It is possible that this batch no longer exists or you do not have rights to view it. Please find another batch to work on. This message is misleading to a patron.
