Use Title Case Instead of Uppercase for Automatic Cyrillic to Roman Transliterations

When I put in the Russian name of a person, it automatically transliterates the name to the roman version of the name. This is nice, however, all the letters are uppercase instead of using title case. I suggest changing it to using title case.
