No "Reason That You Are Undoing A Change" Is Recorded When Performing A Restore From A Change Histor

When a person uses a "Restore" button from the change history, it is because they disagree with a previous change that was made. There is no box requesting the "Reason that they Disagree with the Last Change" made on that item. What's worst, the reason for the change that *IS* inserted is automatically copied from the original change made to the data.

In other words, the disagreement to the reason the last change was made is to automatically put in exactly the same reasoning that the person who made the last change disagreed with. So although the system puts in the last reason, it contains No useful information explaining why the Restore was justified in the first place.

Also, when values are changed via a restore, that fact is not recorded in the change history (which would be very useful, especially when monitoring "Change Wars").
