Auto correct batches before sending to Reviewer

As an Indexing Reviewer I frequently find that most of the corrections that I make are because an Indexer didn't understand/read the Project Instructions or the Field Helps. Some of the corrections such as removing leading zeros for a numbered field (if that is appropriate for the project) or removing dashes or spaces in a Social Security Number field could easily be done automatically by running the batch through a simple computer program before sending the batch to be reviewed. Making such a change would not only save time for the Reviewers, thus allowing them to review more batches, but it would also reduce the frustration level for Reviewers.

Please consider changing your process to include an "auto correction" step before sending a batch to Reviewers.

Thanks for all that you do.
