I've made a mistake and made me my father and not me. How can I change this to me please? I hope this makes sense. Many thanks in advance.

As 'Raewyn' is "Living", what you request (the posting of such a "Screenshot"), in a "Public" Forum, would be a violation of "Privacy", regardless that the problem/issue appears to be they she and her ("Deceased") Father seem to have become one.

We need to be very careful what we request Users/Patrons post in these ("Public") Forums; especially, with regard to "Privacy".

Good point, Brett. This is one of the few cases where I would suggest contacting Support by phone, so Raewyn could be taken through the process privately.
Incidentally, someone posted screenshots at GetSat a while ago, which contained personal details of living persons. I was very surprised the moderator allowed this to stand. My feeling was that it should have been taken down immediately.
