please add search button to look only within the names I contributed
I do not know if you got my email from before, but I would like to have a search button to look for a name limiting the search to only the names I have contributed. I have many names in my tree, perhaps 500? and sometimes is very hard to find a pperson if the name is not in my recent list.

I understand where you are coming from ...
.
But ...
That said ...
.
There DOES NOT need to be such as you have requested; as, there are already such facilities/functions/features available for us, as Users/Patrons, to do what you have requested.
.
Firstly, there is the "Recents" facility/function/feature where you have a "List" of the most recent individuals/persons who you have recently accessed.
.
Secondly, there is the "Following" (previously, "Watch") facility/function/feature where you can "Follow" ("Watch") up to a MAXIMUN of 4000 individuals/person; and, see the "Changes" to such (if any) on a 'Daily' basis; and, also get a Weekly Notification of the "Changes" to such (if any).
.
Thirdly, there is the "My Contributions" facility/function/feature where you can see the last 300 Changes that you have made.
.
Now ...
That said ...
.
We ONLY have "Branches" ("Ancestral" lines), that are interconnected, in this SINGLE "One" World "Tree", for all of us, that is "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
We DO NOT have "Private"/"Personal" 'Trees' in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' like other 'On-Line' "Websites"; and/or, 'standalone' personal (Computer) programmes.
.
Remember, there are well OVER 1 BILLION individuals/persons in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
.
Just some thoughts.

As Brett points out - there are various related functions.
BUT yes - it would be nice to do a true SEARCH - and have that search limited to either people you have edited or people in your immediate direct line family tree,
such as
PEOPLE by name of WILSON in North Carolina
(but restricted to my family tree(
People by the name of Ralph Wood
who was born in the 17th century
and was someone I was working on 6 months ago
