Michael Morgan Grimes said: There are times when the system is looking for a predefined input, i.e., social security number, birth, death and resident states and so forth. When an invalid input is entered, the system takes you to the next field and leaves the field with the incorrect input empty. I suggest that when an input does not meet the predefined criteria, the system does not advance you to the next field until the blank field is filled correctly. Right now you have to go back and manually select the field to enter what is supposed to be there. That results in loss of efficiency. It is easier to retype in a blank field if you did not advance to the next field.
