Tick Boxes vice Drop Down Menu

Michael Morgan Grimes said: There are certain indexing fields that lend themselves better to tick boxes than drop down menus. For example, in the Wisconsin Birth Records, Form Type, Sex and the Amend Flag all have just two choices. It is faster and more accurate to tick a box for those items than to drop down and select the item.

The tick boxes should all be in the same line to be filled in and not spread through the fields if this is adopted.
