Not sure if it is only this record or others in the batch, but it was marked as a christening when it is a registration of a birth event. The registration was on the 28th of December 1850, and the birth on the 26th of December 1850. Original image is located here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/619... record number 734. It is part of the Friesland Civil Registration.
Also, this was indexed by FamilySearch (I think), but why do I have to look through several images to find the exact one?

Both FS index records have an "Event Type:" of "Christening" but the date has the label "Birth Date:" - i.e. a contradiction. (I'm not saying which one is correct on the one I found).
Some other items in that collection have an "Event Type:" of "Birth" and the date has the label "Event Date:". A curiously different way of doing it.0
