Arnold Marion, III Thiebaud said: It would be helpful to add "If nothing is in a required filed you can type in - the article talks about ?, * or unreadable, but not blank. Instead I was really confused as a beginner what to do when I got to the quality check.

I think it's also sometimes mentioned in the project instructions, but I think it's a case of "falling between two stools" (or as the Hungarian saying puts it, "from between two chairs, he ends up under the bench"): the general instructions think it'll be covered in the project-specific material, while the project-specific materials figure it was already covered in the general instructions.
