Make indexing vs. review chart progress selection persistent in web indexing

Currently every time you return to the page that displays this chart (https://www.familysearch.org/indexing...), which happens every time you complete reviewing a batch and don't choose the option to continue with a similar batch, the choice reverts to indexing. If someone does reviewing primarily, they must reselect the review option every time they enter this page to see their progress.
