Personal labels that can be applied to people in the tree (for personal use, or use by invitation)

Initially, this mark should ONLY be visible to, and managed by, the person who applied it (so it would be associated both with a person in the shared family tree AND the person who is logged in).
Ideally I could have several labels, and give them text to say what they mean.
MOTIVATION:
I'm trying to make sure I upload original docs (images of birth, marriage, death, and other certificates, grave stones, etc) for everyone in my family tree
OK, so maybe only everyone in the first few generations in my family tree -- and all of their descendants!
The problem is that I lose track of
* who has a specific doc
* who needs a specific doc
* whose documentation is complete
* whose documentation is complete for themselves and everyone beneath them
* who I've looked at, and who I haven't!
* etc.
# FUTURE ENHANCEMENTS TO THE FEATURE:
I'd like the ability to delete a label and have it be dropped from everyone it has been applied to.
I'd like the ability to "bulk-apply" the label: e.g., I could apply it to my grandpa and all his descendants, or to my grandmother and all her progenitors.
It would be cool to have the ability to perhaps even filter who is displayed in the tree based on whether they (or a descendent, or they and an ancestor) do or do not have a specific label.
It would be cool to have the ability to have a version of the label that appears on an ancestor of someone who has the label applied (e.g., so I could see that an individual has some descendant that has the "MISSING BIRTH CERT" label applied to them, even though they themselves do not).
Pie-in-the-sky: have a version of the label that appears on an ancestor of someone who was added to the tree AFTER the label was bulk-applied to that section of the tree (e.g., someone "new" shows up that you need to look at).
And it would be REALLY cool if I could share a label with someone else (e.g., my kids or siblings or cousins) so they can help out getting done whatever it is we are doing (whether that's adding life sketches, responding to all the hints, adding all the year book pictures, or whatever).
This is mostly just about keeping track of where you are and what you are doing and who you've done it for.
Thoughts?!

There is a free version you can start with, and download your ancestors and/or descendants of your ancestors. I keep track of every source I add in the notes section (which is searchable.) I have color flags that I define what they mean. You can color the ancestral lines different colors. It keeps track of the Personal ID numbers, and if someone merges one of your entries with another, the next time you look at that person via your AQ, the number will automatically update.
I have all my photos and documents in one folder.
You enter your persons with data that no one else can change; There is a flag to tell you when the person is present on FamilySearch Family tree, and when you look at your person on FSFT via your AQ, you get a split screen showing what data you have and what data exits on FSFT and if they do not match, there are boxes to check to move data from your AQ to FS or from FS to your AQ data.
Frankly, I marvel that almost everything people ask for as "wants" is already available on AQ. (see Ancquest.com; full featured less than $40; versions for windows and Apple.)0
