Can someone at familysearch with more technical knowledge help me please?

It's not their profile picture, so I tried to add it, but noticed someone has already tried.
I reported it through the built in familysearch help feature, and I got a nice message back saying how patient I was to have waited since last year to report this. (I didn't upload the photo, or try to make it a profile photo. I was just trying to get it finished.)
In addition, when I try to go look at the memories and photo information, the page loads funny, and I don't see a lot of the top part of the page at https://www.familysearch.org/tree/per...
The help response said to clear out my cookies, temporary internet files, cached files, etc. Um.. okay. I'm just not sure why I'm seeing the same problem in two different browsers.
So, if someone there at familysearch could find out what's causing the problem in both rendering of the 2nd link above, and why the profile picture is stuck in the process of being put up, that would be wonderful!
Thank you!

There's a picture of a man named Vincent John Vanston in his profile space when I linked to see what you were talking about, so looks like the portrait issue is now working, or at least in Windows 10 using Edge.
If you have not already done so, maybe you might turn off your computer, wait about 10 or 15 seconds and turn it back on, and see if that works....0 -

Wait.. maybe I did that with the Chrome browser. I had seen the little timer in both Chrome and firefox, but in Chrome, I clicked on the profile area, selected the same picture and then saved it. I couldn't with firefox, but then again, I know a chrome development kit is used and sporadic issues come up.
The title page still has problems. Notice these two pages with the highlighted differences..
This one is bad
This one is good

Beth Ann Wiseman said: Actually, both examples are "good" and working as designed. The difference is in the data.
No Title Difference: In the first example, the memory does not have a title so "No title" is shown in the black bar and there is no title to display in the viewer. In the second example, the memory has a title and it is displayed in the black bar and in the viewer.
Prev/Next Difference: In the first example there is only one memory for the person so there is no previous/next photos. In the second example there are 4 memories, so Previous/Next options are shown.
Public Difference: In the first example, you are not the contributor so the link just shows you some text telling you that this memory is viewable by everyone. In the second example, you are the contributor and have the ability to make the memory private, so the Public has a drop down menu that gives you the option to change it to private.0 -

Justin Masters said: Thank you Beth. I thought in the past that if a picture was posted without a title, I could add one.
On the Prev/Next part.. what I was pointing out was the placement on the page. (I honestly never noticed that part before, though)
