Coronavirus alert to patrons on Contact Us page

Patty Ogden said: Hi! I have a suggestion with the coronavirus going on right now. I'm a FamilySearch missionary working from home and I've noticed that calls have dropped off significantly. The few people who do call often comment that they're surprised I'm at work. I explain that I'm a volunteer working from home and they seem pleased to hear that. It might be good to put an alert on the Contact Us page that the volunteers are still working from home if anyone needs help during this time.

Tom Huber said: I should add that my local FHC does have the notice that it is closed until further notice.0

Our "Family History Centre" (FHC) was proactive.
We immediately sort the direction of our Stake President; as, FHCs were NOT specifically mentioned in Communications from the Church; and, do not fit the norm with regard to Church "Meetings"/"Activities".
His wish/preference, at the time, was the (Stake) FHC should TEMPORARILY "Close"; and, remain so 'Until further Notice'. Which we did; well before, any 'forced' closures; as, is the case throughout the world now.
Two (x2) things that we did ALSO did, was immediately:
(1) Updated the "FamilySearch" 'Wiki' page/screen for our FHC, with a "Banner" across the 'Top', with regard to the "Closure"; and, also,
(2) Updated the "Hours" of Operation of the FHC, in 'CDOL', with with regard to the "Closure"; so that, that would be reflected in:
Find a Family History Center and FamilySearch Affiliate Libraries
https://www.familysearch.org/help/fhc...
We checked the next day; as, it can take 'overnight' to transfer to "FamilySearch"; and, the "Closure" Notice was there ...
