Search records: allow users to constrain the date ranges

Robert Smithwick said: When searching records, it would be super helpful to be able to constrain dates like we can with locations. Putting a start and end date seems to only act as a sorting aid. Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried using the filters? If you are on the website they are in the lower left hand side.

    While they only go down to the decade, they will filter all documents outside of a specified range.
