    A MONTH ago ... an intermittent machine/browser issue ... that has yet to be solved.

    That is NOT good; especially, when you are trying to, "Help"; and/or, "Teach"!

    FYI

    I was working on my "Laptop" Computer with (the latest versions of) 'Google' "Chrome" and "Windows 10", at a "Family History Centre" (FHC), through FHC (LDS) access.

    I just tried one of the FHC Computers with (the latest versions of) 'Google' "Chrome" and "Windows 10" ... INTERESTINGLY enough for a few Seconds it looked like we were going to get the SAME problem/issue as I posted; but, AFTER a short DELAY, the "Solutions Gallery" finally appeared ... Weird!

    Again, 'Thank You'.

    INITIALLY, for quite a few Seconds the same as my post ...

    BUT; then, AFTER an extended DELAY, the "Solutions Gallery" finally, eventually, appeared ... even Weirder!

    WHEREAS ...

    For 'Google' "Chrome" ... still NO success ... 'still down for the count'.

    Not that I want to; but, is this one of those occasions when one must ... "Clear" their "Cookies" and "Browsing History"?

    Or, is it something quite different; but, as yet undetermined?

    For me through 'Google' "Chrome" and "Windows 10" it is certainly NOT intermittent!

    I just noticed the other day that, I could NOW, once again, get access to the "Solutions Gallery" from the 'Link" on the "Menu" at the 'Bottom' of a page/screen:

    https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/

    through (the latest versions of) 'Google' "Chrome" and "Windows 10".

    Again, 'Thank You".
