In other words, is NOT recorded [ ie. NOTHING/ ZIP ].
I have tried same in, both, 'Google' "Chrome"; and, 'Mozilla' "FireFix", with "Windows 10".
Submitted for your information; attention; and, consideration.

'G'Day', morning, from my 'neck of the woods', "Down Under".
'Ah' ... this is interesting!
'No' ... this is "Not" PID specific!
This is "Situation' specific!
FYI
The individual/person I was working on, where I found this Fault/Flaw, was NOT the norm.
The individual/person was Born 'Out of Wedlock'; so, their Birth was "Illegitimate".
The individual/person has two (x2) "Parent-Child" Relationships.
The FIRST "Parent-Child" Relationship is with ONLY a Mother; but, 'No' Father is included; as, 'NO' Father is recorded on, either, "Birth Registration"; or, "Christening", records.
The SECOND "Parent-Child" Relationship is with, a "Biological" Mother; and, a "Step" Father. The Marriage of the, "Biological" Mother; and, "Step" Father, was the Year after the Child's birth.
The fault/flaw DOES NOT occur in the "Situation" against the "Child" where there is, both, a Mother; and, a Father.
But, the FAULT/FLAW "Does" occur in the "Situation" against the "Child" where there is ONLY "One" Parent - ie. in this case, ONLY a Mother; but, 'No' Father.
There should be NO "Impediment" if adding a "Reason Statement" [ ie. "Reason This Information Is Correct"; by selecting the "+ Add Reason"; getting the "Modal" 'Window' of "Add Reason"; adding "Text"; and, "Saving"] in the LATTER "Situation" (ie. Two Parents), than in the FORMER "Situation"(ie. ONLY One Parent)!
As I said ... interesting.
This is one of those few times that I was "Adding" a "Reason Statement" in a "Parent-Child" Relationship against the "Child" - otherwise, I would not found this Fault/Flaw.
This is still a Fault/Flaw.
Brett
ps: Added through 'Mozilla' "FireFox", STILL unable to add through 'Google' "Chrome"!?
