Create an easily-accessible link to the "Improve Place Names" Volunteer Opportunity

Unless I go to this message I received about "What's New" or the blog post (or bookmark it), there is no where else where this link is accessible.

I propose that a link is placed in an easy-to-find location, similar to indexing.

This is an even smaller/simpler/quicker way to serve. It is initially less intimidating than indexing is; perhaps a vehicle to get others involved in FamilySearch
