Problems with new temple My Reservations page

It has existed for at least one or more years before the switch to the new layout took place. In the old layout, the pages were longer (but not by much), and the same action took place. Once you open a new page, and start marking them, the previous page's marked names become unmarked.
Unless a person is getting ready to go to the temple and perform the vicarious ordinances, they should wait until a day or two before they go, and then print only those vicarious ordinances they plan to perform.
The reason to wait a day or two before they make their temple trip, is because if any merges took place with a record that had the ordinances completed, those completed dates transfer to the surviving record.
Also, the cards will no longer be returned to the patron. This is a relatively new policy, but one that started last year.0 -

Maybe it is not technically a new thing, but the impact is far greater now that FS has changed the temple list so that only 50 people can be shown at a time. This is a design/user experience issue that needs to be addressed.
In the old days going back to June 2020 my entire temple list was shown on one page (around 200 people). I'm not sure there was a limit previously.
I believe that not returning cards was a pilot in a few temples only. Meridian temple was returning cards right up until the temples closed.
I do wonder how the temple reservation list will manage showing which cards are printed v. unprinted if the temple keeps them. If a print a card with B, C, I, E, SP and do baptism and confirmation, the temple list still shows that I, E, SP are printed. If the temple kept the card it will be difficult to know that I have to print out a new one.0 -
Like nearly everyone else - I really prefer to have my cards returned at the temple after an ordinance is completed. The reason I was given was that the office felt rushed while patrons waited and it was affecting the accuracy in recording. I'd be more than happy to quietly wait as long as needed.
But, if this policy isn't changed, then can we PLEASE have the capability to print a card directly from the list of completed ordinances that is sent immediately following completion of the ordinance. Some of us have a large list of reserved ordinances and finding the ones to print again is difficult. I know that now there is the ability to print cards for only the ordinance being performed and the others remain as "not printed" but the names we have had for several years still say printed. It would be so much simpler to just click on those completed ordinance names and go directly to the print option for them. Surely, the amazing tech people at FS are capable to setting this up. Hoping that someone at FS is actually reading these comments and passing the ideas/info on to the proper people.
