Fix Place-Names with No Fixable Entry - Provide a "Clear" Option

Richard George Reynolds said: Fix Place-Names comes up somewhat frequently with commas (, or ,,,), regardless - with no fixable information ... so the 'fixer' just skips it, but I will bet it shows up again and again in other lists offered to users to fix.

Suggest an option to "Clear Place" if in actuality if contains no alpha-numeric text ... like just commas. 1) It takes that place out of circulation, and 2) It actually "fixes" it.

    Chas Howell said: In those cases I go to the PID in FS and see if I can discover what source that entry was generated from. Often I can see exactly what the location is supposed to be and fix the display and standardized entry.

    Richard George Reynolds said: Had not considered that! Great pointer ..... In a couple today the person was actually born in 1937-38-39, so should not have had a 1935 entry attached anyway.
