Where are Barbara Bell's German handwriting lessons from the Learning Center?

Barbara Bell's lessons on German handwriting in the Learning Center are the best available anywhere! However, I cannot access them in any of my Windows10 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, or the new Edge) - and there are no length times showing for her 3 videos. Those videos on the same page with length times showing ARE accessible - is there a reason we can't access her lessons right now?
