Allow users to generate the pedigree PDF files without ordinance information

Currently, the ordinance information is always included because the URL in the address bar always sets the value of the "showOrdinances" parameter to true.
As a user, I should have the ability to change that option without having to manually edit the URL in the address bar. That way I can generate the pedigree PDF file with the information I want. Sometimes I only want to include the family tree information and not include the ordinance information because I want to generate a pedigree PDF file that I can send to someone who is not a member of the Church.
I verified that changing that URL parameter to false already works. The remaining effort would just be giving users the ability to specify that option when they click those links.

Print out all the charts you need, then go back and check the box again to display temple information as usual.0

On the other hand, I still think it would be nice to have that be an option as a part of the process to generate the chart instead of needing to change my account preferences back-and-forth each time.0
