Change to another color from green temples for ordinances already reserved / shared

1- We can't go and do that work at this time,k so why offer it.
2- When I see green, I'm thinking I can start getting the work done for that person. Could you give the "do the work for a shared reservation" a different color or at least a different shade of green? It's frustrating to think I'm doing something for someone and I'm not.
3- When I found the parents of my relative's spouse, I wanted to reserve/ share the ordinance. When I tried, it made me back up for the other ordinances already shared. When I unreserved, I unreserved all of them. There was no way to just reserve sealing to parents! So I left her orphaned

Since green means that the ordinance is available for temple work to be performed and the ordinance you are wanting to reserve needs the other ordinance(s) to be done first, the software is giving you all the ordinances to do.
To help with your #3:
Here are some screen shots of an example.
Ida's ordinances are reserved and shared by another user (Endowment and Sealing to Spouse). Sealing to parent is available to request.
I click on Request and get this option. I can unclick the SS if I don't want it (since it prints on its own card). I have to take the Endowment with the SP with this request. For this example I chose to take all available ordinances.
Now it shows that the other user shared them and I now have them reserved . However, I only want the SP. So now I click on the Unreserve button at the top of the screen.
And I get this option. For everything that I have reserved I can choose to unreserve. I want to keep the SP, so I uncheck that box.
Then I click Unreserve. And what I'm left with as my reservation is just the SP. And the E and SS are now back in the shared with temple file and able to be requested by someone else.

Tom Huber said: Regarding your point number 1.
The system allows you to reserve the ordinances and applies a sliding expiration date so when the temple(s) reopen for vicarious ordinances, you will have the normal time to complete the ordinances (2 years if the ordinance was unreserved and 90 days if the ordinance was shared with the temple).0 -

Denney Pugmire said: Didn't work for me. I tried unreserving from both My Reservations and Shared but all of the ordinances come up in one line. Nor did it work from an individual's page rather than using the temple tab. Nor did it make any difference to do it with a person not shared, and then shared with the temple
Any other things I might try?0
