Butch Bell said: Hello. Lately, when I have been adding material to the the Memories section for individuals in my tree and then click on the photo to tag the people in it or make comments about the photo, the first screen that comes up has a black bar across the top, which says on the far right "open in a new window." Unless I open this photo in the new window, I cannot do all of the work that I need to do on the photo. For example, I cannot make a comment on the photo until I open the new window. And if I tag the people in the photo from the first window that opens (the one with the black bar), there will be two duplicate tags for the person I am working on because the computer automatically creates a tag for the entire photo as a tag for that person. So if I tag them within the photo, there will be a duplicate tag. My suggestion is to completely remove the first window with the black bar that opens up. It serves no real purpose and is really only an impediment in that it has to be bypassed in order to be able to complete the necessary work of tagging and commenting on a photo. I did speak to a lady at the Help Center about this issue, and she created a case to help with the process and said I should refer to it. The case number is 07644822. I hope this helps. Thank you!
