Project instructions need to be more detailed/precise

For example, for burial records, your instructions/sample stated for the Age field to Enter Ctrl+B to Mark field blank. That's it. It doesn't say that it is only marked blank because the example you used doesn't list an age. I submitted 100s of records marking the Age field as blank even though an age was listed because that's what your instructions said to do. It was only after the fact, while reviewing records, that I found out that the age should have been entered if it was listed on the card(per a chat session with a representative). I was told that we should also be reading the Field Help (which I do if instructions dictate it's a required field) but if your instructions state to mark as blank, there is no reason to read Field Help. Please make your instructions more clear/detailed. I used to write job aids all the time for my co-workers & if I were to write these I would have it say, "Enter Age, if provided, otherwise enter Ctrl+B to Mark Field As Blank". Same goes for the other fields. If you want the info entered into the field when it's provided, please say so. I'm not going to assume that because data is listed on the record that you are going to want it unless you specify to enter it. As I go through & review records, I'm seeing that other people are doing it the same way as I was so making the Project Instructions more detailed/precise would definitely help overall & it would save time because people wouldn't have to be correcting so many records.
