FamilySearch
Dear (Patron),
You have given (Helper) permission* to access your FamilySearch Account for one year. If this is an error, you can revoke permission.
FamilySearch allows (Helper) to help you achieve your family history goals. You gave (Helper) permission to access your account with some or all of the following information: username, birth date, full name, and FamilySearch helper number. [B] Any consultants that you give such permission [B] to will be the only ones that will be able to act as proxy in your account for one year, but they cannot change your user information, password, or settings.
At any time, you may choose to revoke a consultant’s access to your account. Click on your icon in the top right hand corner, click on Settings, and click on the Connected Accounts Tab. Under Connected Accounts you will see a list of all the people to whom you have given permission and a button to revoke access.
Forgot your FamilySearch Account information? You can reset your password or go here to recover your username.
The patron that I did this with was concerned that anyone could access their account. I couldn't italicize my changes that I thought would help ease the patron's concerns, so your gona have to peruse the letter yourself. Sry.
Thank you for the opportunity to share my comments.

Not a bad idea, I thought I'd seen a similar notice when creating helper status, but it's been awhile.0
