Cherie Gardner Rawlings said: My husband and I both have iphone 6s--my husbands, 6s is running version 12.4.4; the other one (mine), 6s+, is running 13.3.

Ever since I did the update on my 6s+ to 13.3 I can no longer move around in Genealogies; specifically Community Trees>Wales>Welsh Medieval Database Primarily Nobility and Gentry lines. Date range: 100s-1900s. Submitted by Sandra E. Oman1. (I have tried other Community Trees, i.e, US>Warren County, and it has the exact same issue.)

I still can move around on the iphone 6s running 12.4.4 but ever since I updated my 6s+ to 13.3 it no longer works.

I have tried different browsers (I access familysearch thru 4 different browsers, i.e., Crome, Firefox, Edge, & Safari) I have also cleared all the data in the app, and nothing works to give me access to be able even see the whole page let alone click and move around on the page. (the + and - buttons still work; but not enough to let me see the whole page, if I can see a name I can click on it).

My son said apple may have shut it down if there is a hole in security. Or it maybe something else. But for whatever reason I can no longer add to familysearch tree from this amazing community tree and would like some help getting back its functionality.

Tom Huber said: I just checked and Apple is not providing iOS for older products. The changeover to supported took place with iPad Air 2, so the iPad Air remains at the earlier version.

It also does not work on my son's android phone.
