Attach Button in Source Linker is Sometimes Slow

Specifically, the attach button for one person, after attaching source to another person can be grayed out for less than a second to 15 seconds depending on idk. I would like this to be faster and consistent. Anyone else experiencing this? I am on Chrome Windows 10.
