Note to the reviewer

Welcome to the FamilySearch team's Feedback forum at GetSatisfaction.com. I am not a FS employee, but we are told that all messages here are read by FS.
As Chas Howell has pointed out, this is an often repeated request. There is actually a much better place to suggest this. There is a group specifically focused on indexing in the FamilySearch Community (I think it is called "Indexing Chat"). You can get to that group in the FamilySearch Community by going to the Help menu at the top right of any of the FamilySearch web pages and selecting "Community".
Initially you can propose your suggestion in the "General Questions" area. Then if you like you can join the indexing group to follow discussions on indexing. If you go into that group (regardless of whether you "joined" it or not) you can peruse all of the previous discussions specifically related to indexing.
The FamilySearch Community as a bit more complicated that the Feedback forum here The feedback forum here is essentially ONE group, but the FamilySearch Community hosts dozens of groups. It would probably be worth your time to become familiar with that FamilySearch Community.
Also, you may not be aware that this Feedback forum is going away in the very near future and will be replaced with something else. My personal guess is that it could very likely show up as a new group in the FamilySearch Community website.0 -

I don't mean to sound like I know everything there is to know about indexing and reviewing because nothing could be further from the truth, but I have been indexing and arbitrating and now reviewing for many years and need to know more about other things available on family search and you just don't get that kind of info on that forum. I certainly hate to lose this forum and hoped it would stay around forever.0 -

Are you talking specifically about indexing issues? Or just site usage in general?
If it is the former, and if FS decided to create a new group in the FamilySearch Community to replace this feedback forum (there is nothing like it today, although many folks who were not aware of the feedback forum have used the generic General Questions group for this purpose), then you could just join BOTH groups and they would show up on the same feed.
But if not, then just using both the FS community for that group and whatever feedback forum FS decides to replace the current one with would not be real difficult with a little practice.
Having them both in the same community would certainly be more consistent and allow people to move around easily without having to learn 2 different systems though.0
