jeff isner said: It would be great it there was a release date, instead of an icon with a camera and a key over top. My research is on hold until the data can be released, because there is no going to a FS Library any time soon. Thank for saving the data, just wish I could get to it.

Gordon Collett said: For those records with a camera and a key, there is no release date. That signifies contractual obligations that FamilySearch has with the owner of the records to only allow them to be viewed at a Family History Library.

We just have to wait until the libraries are open again. Much of life is on hold right now.

A van Helsdingen said: If you click on the camera and key, you will see a message saying how you can access the records. Often it involves visiting a FHC or Affiliate Library, which are usually closed at the moment due to the pandemic. If you see a message about having to visit a partner site, it means the records are only available to Latter Day Saints.
